(NEW YORK) _ Louie Vega, the influential House music icon and CEO of Vega Records, returns to the Netherlands joining forces with Anane Vega’s Nulu Music and Josh Milan’s Honeycomb Music, for a night of exclusives on Oct. 19, 2012,at Van Rijn Kitchen & Bar.
Vega Records will host its second “Get Together” at the Amsterdam Dance Event featuring the best in new music with live performances on percussion and keyboards, a brilliant lineup of DJ sets by Nulu Music founders Anane Vega and Antonello Coghe, Josh Milan and the Maestro himself.
“I wanted to do an event with Nulu and Honeycomb Music because I feel they have incredible new music to show the industry, very unique sounds coming from each entity, and are very talented djs/performers as well, artists whom are well rounded and have their brands growing very fast,” says Vega, who’s notably excited to drop a special delivery on fans in Holland at the conference. “I’m also going to showcase a few songs from the new album, Elements of Life: TheEclipse, coming soon in Jan. 2013 … hearing it first at ADE!”
Gift download cards will be distributed with a sneak peak at upcoming releases during Friday’s “Get Together at ADE” held from 10 p.m.-4 a.m. “We have so much music to offer,” Vega adds. “Between the three companies, we have much to offer. We are all looking forward to a wonderful event.”
Nulu Records, in its three years, continues to break new ground with more than 30 singles released and several upcoming albums from various artists they’ve signed. Anane, a versatile singer/songwriter, producer and label owner,is ready to rock ADE with an all-out DJ performance showcasing new music
from artists coming from South Africa and Angola. She’ll also share the spotlight during a high-octane DJ set with live percussion by Nulu recording artist SheyiOlagunju from Nigeria and on vocals as well singing a few of her new releases with Josh performing too. Anane and Milan also appear on the new Elements of Life: The Eclipse album.
The “Get Together” soiree promises to bring the heat all night. In addition to singing and a DJ set, Milan, formerly of the legendary House music duo Blaze, will play keyboards while Louie Vega’s on the decks. The founder of Honeycomb Music started his label so he could release his many sides of music. Between Milan’s collaboration albums with various singers, his solo album coming and his new instrumental project, Honeysweet, the latter expected soon on Vega Records, he has his production hands and writing duties full.
